completing the square, the answer is 9-(x-3)2. Double check
=9-(x-3)2
=9-(x2-6x+9)
=9-x2+6x-9
=-x2+6x
=6x-x2
=9-(x-3)2
=9-(x2-6x+9)
=9-x2+6x-9
=-x2+6x
=6x-x2
